This hire is the ninth. Why this role exists right now: HITEC has one Commissioning Engineer dedicated to North America and a confirmed backlog of new and retrofit units running through 2027. This is the second North America commissioning resource, hired and trained ahead of a large install volume that hits late 2026 into 2027. Role Description This is a remote position. The Client Success Lead owns the relationship after the handshake. This role is responsible for building trust with new clients, strengthening existing partnerships, and making sure what was sold is executed with clarity and consistency. They sit at the intersection of sales and recruitingโ€”close enough to both sides to prevent disconnects, solve problems early, and keep the client experience human, strategic, and high-touch. This person will oversee the health of every requisition under their client accounts, not by directly managing recruiters, but by driving alignment, communication, and accountability across the process. They will partner closely with the Head of Sales and Head of Recruiting, attend both weekly meetings, and help ensure VHS delivers on its promise to bring humanity back to hiring.
