Especialista em Governança Estratégica de TI – Preferencialmente para Mulheres

• Mapear e avaliar os riscos de TI de forma transversal, conduzindo levantamentos abrangentes (risk assessment), elaborando planos de riscos por processo e definindo controles e planos de ação associados. • Consolidar e priorizar o backlog de riscos estratégicos de TI, monitorando planos de mitigação, riscos residuais e indicadores-chave de risco (KRIs), sinalizando desvios e oportunidades de melhoria à liderança. • Coordenar a atuação junto aos Pontos Focais e Agentes de Riscos das superintendências de TI e integrar a gestão de riscos com as áreas de Compliance, Auditoria Interna, Controles Internos e Riscos Corporativos, fortalecendo a governança transversal. • Apoiar a criação e operação de comitês e fóruns de governança e riscos de TI, garantindo registros, acompanhamento, rastreabilidade e reporte periódico à Diretoria e instâncias executivas. • Definir, revisar e evoluir continuamente o modelo de governança de TI, elevando a maturidade institucional e assegurando coerência, transparência e disciplina estratégica em toda a Diretoria de Tecnologia. • Orquestrar a integração entre as áreas de tecnologia, negócio e áreas corporativas, atuando como ponto focal de governança junto às superintendências e garantindo alinhamento transversal. • Implantar e monitorar ações mitigadoras prioritárias, acompanhando a execução junto aos responsáveis técnicos e garantindo evolução contínua da maturidade de riscos e conformidade da organização. • Disseminar a cultura de governança, estratégia e gestão de riscos de TI, liderando iniciativas de engajamento, capacitação e conscientização junto às equipes e áreas parceiras. • Acompanhar a evolução dos indicadores estratégicos de governança e performance de TI (KPIs, KRIs, OKRs), assegurando desempenho sustentável e subsidiando decisões com evidências e análises estruturadas. • Realizar benchmarks, estudos comparativos e diagnósticos de maturidade, pesquisando referências de mercado e melhores práticas (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 31000, ISO/IEC 38500) para propor evoluções e posicionar a TI de forma competitiva.

Job Requirements

  • Possuir Ensino Superior completo em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
  • Possuir Especialização ou MBA concluído em áreas relacionadas a Governança de TI, Gestão de Riscos, Gestão Estratégica, Segurança da Informação ou áreas afins.
  • Comprovar experiência profissional mínima de 07 anos em áreas de Tecnologia da Informação ou Consultoria de Gestão, preferencialmente com atuação em governança, riscos ou conformidade de TI.
  • Dominar frameworks de governança de TI, como COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 38500 e ISO/IEC 27001, aplicando-os na estruturação e evolução de modelos de governança institucional.
  • Demonstrar conhecimento sólido em gestão de riscos de TI, incluindo identificação, avaliação, tratamento e monitoramento de riscos tecnológicos, com base em frameworks como ISO 31000 e COSO.
  • Conhecer processos de compliance, auditoria interna e externa de TI e requisitos regulatórios aplicáveis ao setor financeiro (ex.: Resolução CMN 4.893/2021, LGPD).
  • Comunicar-se em inglês em nível intermediário (leitura, escrita e conversação).
  • Possuir habilidade de influência, articulação e posicionamento estratégico junto a lideranças e stakeholders multidisciplinares.
  • Possuir certificação em governança ou riscos de TI, tais como COBIT Foundation, CRISC, CGEIT, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor ou ISO 31000 Risk Manager.
  • Possuir experiência prévia no setor financeiro cooperativo ou bancário (como funcionário ou terceiro), com conhecimento de exigências regulatórias específicas do Banco Central do Brasil.
  • Utilizar ferramentas de BI e visualização de dados (ex.: Power BI, Tableau) para construção de painéis executivos e acompanhamento de indicadores estratégicos.
  • Demonstrar experiência em elaboração de planos de riscos por processo, condução de risk assessments transversais e coordenação de comitês de riscos de TI.
  • Demonstrar experiência em projetos de transformação digital e avaliações de maturidade de governança.
  • Demonstrar experiência em elaboração de normativos internos, políticas de TI e padrões de gestão, assegurando conformidade e alinhamento institucional.
  • Possuir conhecimento em práticas ágeis e modelos operacionais de TI, equilibrando governança e flexibilidade na execução.
