• Design and build Claude skills, MCP integrations, and automated pipelines that transform internal knowledge into publication-ready docs with minimal manual intervention. • Act as the final reviewer for content produced by AI-assisted workflows and engineers, maintaining a high bar for technical accuracy and polish. • Define content structures and metadata standards that ensure our documentation is agent-consumable and machine-parseable. • Train and support engineers and PMs to document their own features using the tools and frameworks you create. • Partner closely with Engineering and Product teams to ensure new features ship with documentation-ready context. • Build automated loops to identify content gaps and outdated docs, using metrics to track quality and documentation satisfaction. • Work with Developer Advocates to refine tutorials, blog posts, and SDK documentation for high-visibility releases.
• Own the technical relationship with design partners and prospects. Lead discovery and solution design to turn interest into long-term adoption. • Serve as the bridge to Product and Engineering by synthesizing customer signals and workflow gaps to drive the product’s evolution. • Partner with Sales to develop the playbook, defining positioning, demo narratives, qualification criteria, and competitive framing based on real-world conversations. • Build and maintain demo environments, reference architectures, integration prototypes, and sample code that showcase the product’s credibility. • Act as a peer to senior engineering leaders and executives, delivering tailored technical workshops and briefings alongside handling complex architectural questions, security objections, and RFP-style technical requirements. • As the product matures, hand off processes and assets to the broader organization, ensuring the next wave of SEs can ramp quickly.
• Resolve technical issues across infrastructure, deployments, databases, caching, and web performance • Manage support tickets via Zendesk, with occasional live chat or voice support where needed • Contribute to platform reliability by monitoring alert queues and participating in on-call rotation during working hours • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to escalate bugs, report edge cases, and improve internal tooling • Improve documentation and knowledge sharing across global support teams • Troubleshoot issues related to DNS, CDN, SSL/TLS, and web infrastructure at scale • Identify recurring problems and suggest improvements to systems, workflows, and documentation
• Lead Daily Design Execution: Produce high-fidelity visual assets for social media, website components, sales enablement decks, and digital advertising. • Translate Technical Concepts: Partner with Product Design to turn complex technical workflows into simplified, "marketing-ready" UI visualizations and original vector illustrations. • Manage External Partners: Act as the primary creative lead for external agencies and freelancers, providing actionable feedback and quality control to ensure output meets our brand standards. • Evolve the Design System: Maintain and expand our library of reusable design components and brand guidelines to ensure global scalability and consistency. • Collaborate on Campaigns: Work with Growth and Events teams to translate strategic briefs into high-performing visual assets that drive engagement and conversion.
