Job Description

Vocational Trainer for E‑Commerce Clerk

WBS

• As a team member at WBS TRAINING, you represent your area of expertise with passion and foresight • Focus on developing the competencies of course participants • Design and deliver lessons both as an instructor and as a learning coach/support • Subject-specific teaching from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D • Use a variety of teaching methods to structure instruction • Supervise and support our retraining participants with their IHK-related reports and projects • Participate in quality assurance measures

Job Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or university degree in the field of E‑Commerce with at least 5 years of professional experience
  • Solid knowledge and practical experience in E‑Commerce / online retail, particularly in: assortment strategy, sales and sales channels, marketing, and partnerships
  • Initial experience as a trainer, instructor, lecturer, tutor, or teacher
  • Desirable additional knowledge in: legal framework conditions, commercial controlling and monitoring, project-based working methods in E‑Commerce, accounting and cost and performance accounting, project management
  • Proof of pedagogical suitability (e.g., AEVO)
