Job Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in the field of E‑Commerce with at least 5 years of professional experience
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in E‑Commerce / online retail, in particular: assortment management in retail, sales and sales channels, marketing and partnerships
- Initial experience as a vocational trainer, trainer, speaker, lecturer, or teacher
- Desirable additional knowledge in the following areas: legal framework conditions, financial management and controlling, project-based working in E‑Commerce, accounting and cost-and-performance accounting, project management
- Proof of pedagogical suitability (e.g., AEVO)

Role Description The Merchandise Planner will be a key member of Brilliant Earth's Merchandising & Planning team, responsible for developing comprehensive sales and inventory strategies across multiple product categories. Reporting to the Associate Director of Merchandise Planning, this role is the primary liaison between merchandising, operations, and finance teams to optimize inventory investments while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
