• Account Management — Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement, strategic guidance, and quarterly business reviews to drive retention and expansion. • Sales Growth — Optimize sales volume within existing accounts by identifying key stakeholders, navigating procurement processes, and executing penetration strategies to increase wallet share. • New Business Development — Define ideal customer profiles, generate qualified pipelines, and convert prospects into new EPM customers across commercial and light industrial markets. • Cross‑Selling Integration — Leverage deep knowledge of ABB’s Electrification Service portfolio to identify complementary service opportunities, promote bundled solutions, and drive incremental revenue. • Performance Execution — Achieve targets for orders, profitability, and acquisition while maintaining accurate forecasting, tracking KPIs, and executing structured account plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 10 years of sales or sales-related experience in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with ABB products, systems, and commercial processes.
- Experience in the electrical services, maintenance, or electrification sector.
- Demonstrated success selling enterprise-level solutions to mid to large-size commercial and industrial customers.
- Track record of new account development and account penetration in assigned territory or segment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to engage C-suite executives.
- Ability to travel 34-40% nationwide, as needed.
