Senior Product Manager, Discovery Platform
Wolf Games
• Own the Vault Product. You'll own the end-to-end product experience for the Wolf Games Vault—the platform where users discover, access, and return to experiences over time. • Drive Discovery & Engagement. Design and optimize the systems that help users find relevant experiences and encourage repeat visitation. • Lead Personalization Strategy. Partner closely with Engineering and Creative to shape how personalization is delivered throughout the Vault experience. • Build the Publisher Platform. Help define and evolve the white-label Vault product used by media, entertainment, and publishing partners. • Define Success Through Data. Develop the measurement frameworks, instrumentation, and experimentation strategy needed to understand user behavior across the Vault.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and scaling consumer-facing digital products as a Product Manager, Growth Product Manager, or Product Leader
- Experience owning a content platform, feed, portal, discovery surface, recommendation system, or audience product
- Experience improving engagement, retention, discovery, or user growth through product initiatives
- Strong understanding of product analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and behavioral metrics
- Experience working with recommendation systems, personalization, search, content discovery, or audience engagement products
- Experience owning KPIs related to engagement, retention, activation, or audience growth
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business stakeholders to deliver product outcomes
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments with evolving priorities and limited structure
