Job Description CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Writer to work out of our Boston Hub. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting captivating narratives, compelling dialogues and innovative quests for Cyberpunk 2 - the follow-up to Cyberpunk 2077 and the next major video game in the Cyberpunk franchise. You will collaborate closely with our project Leadership as well as with a team of passionate writers. If you possess a deep understanding of storytelling and want to shape the immersive experiences of our new Cyberpunk game, then this opportunity is for you! Please provide 2-3 writing samples of no more than 10 pages total, including a short screenplay sample. We’re interested in work that shows adults dealing with difficult situations and decisions in authentic and grounded ways. Responsibilities - Cooperate closely with the Creative Director, Lead Writer and narrative teams. - Develop narrative elements and features of our game, such as writing engaging dialogues, intriguing scenarios, and memorable characters - Maintain the overall writing style and tone throughout the game. - Create documents to support the game’s story in alignment with the project’s vision. - Mentor and support a team of talented writers. - Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure that the story elements are consistent across narrative, gameplay mechanics and visuals. - Review and revise narrative features to ensure the highest possible standard. Qualifications - At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Writer, preferably with a focus on RPG and story-driven games. AAA experience is a bonus. - Strong storytelling abilities and a deep understanding of interactive narrative design and dramatic structure. - Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to create compelling characters, immersive storylines, sharp dialogue, and dynamic screenplays. - Knowledge of game design principles and an understanding of how narrative elements integrate with gameplay mechanics. - Ability to provide insightful feedback and support to members of the writing team. - Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating with the team. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Passion for video games and a deep understanding of different game genres and player expectations. • Draft, edit, and publish basic help center content and release notes. • Work from internal specifications, SME interviews, and product testing to translate features into written guidance. • Contribute to templates and voice consistency in documentation. • Perform light HTML or CMS formatting as needed. • Capture and annotate screenshots. • Participate in documentation review cycles and incorporate feedback.

• The SOW Writer will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining electronic Statements of Work (SOWs) and assisting the Services Operations team with general strategies for the success of the project/opportunity. • Oversees and manages a large volume of SOWs and deadlines simultaneously while fielding daily Sales Team requests • Review incoming SOWs for completeness, accuracy, quality, unified style, and compliance with SOW requirements for various categories and contract types. • Work with Services Operations team to further develop SOWs where needed and establish client/vendor milestones and deliverables. • Ensure continuous improvement and ongoing modernization and design of templates used for Services; including readability and usability of SOWs for delivery teams • Follows Defy’s security policies, upholds professional standards, and performs all work in a manner respectful of others. • Understands personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets • Maintains proficiency with the SOW development process and adheres to Defy procedures for SOW development, documentation tracking, communication, and other duties as required • Utilizes Salesforce, SharePoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, and Teams, Zoom, WebEx as tools of communication, historical reference, activity tracking, action item creation, and forecasting. • Builds an expertise in Defy’s professional services with commitment to developing and retaining knowledge and experience surrounding the professional services field • Work with vendors, procurement staff, and Project Managers to resolve issues that arise.

• Provide guidance to medical writing vendors and project teams on standard processes for preparing safety narratives, plain language study results summary (PLSRS) documents, and associated deliverables within scope of Medical Writing. • Responsible to directly use and leverage artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled tools, automation platforms, and document generation systems in the process of developing medical writing documents. • Plan and manage projects to ensure that vendors complete deliverables within agreed-upon timelines, follow processes, and meet quality expectations. • Identify, communicate, and resolve issues affecting project timelines, processes, and/or quality. • Manage routine vendor interactions, including preparation of work requests. • Attend regular operational governance meetings with vendors. • Assist management with forecasting by generating and/or reviewing reports from internal systems. • Oversee vendors by collecting and reviewing key performance indicator metric data. • Support workstreams to evaluate solutions to improve operational efficiency of business processes.
