Role Description We are seeking an HVAC Paid Media Specialist to own and optimize lead-generation campaigns for HVAC and home-services businesses across the US. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role designed for someone who has direct experience running paid ads for HVAC or similar service-based industries and understands how to drive calls, booked jobs, and revenue—not just clicks. This role focuses heavily on Google Ads and Google Local Services Ads (LSA), with additional exposure to Meta Ads and upper-funnel channels. Candidates without real HVAC or home-services paid media experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities - Manage and optimize paid media campaigns for HVAC and home-services clients across Google Ads (Search, PMAX, Display, Video, Remarketing) - Own Google Local Services Ads (LSA) setup, optimization, and ongoing performance - Optimize campaigns for call volume, lead quality, CPA, and booked jobs - Implement and troubleshoot conversion and call tracking using GA4, Google Ads, and lead-tracking platforms - Apply automated bidding strategies aligned to service-based lead generation - Analyze performance trends and identify scaling or efficiency opportunities - Coordinate messaging, targeting inputs, and performance feedback with internal teams and external vendors - Document optimization workflows and best practices for repeatable execution - Stay current on Google Ads, LSA updates, and local advertising best practices Qualifications - Direct, hands-on experience running paid ads for HVAC or home-services businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, cleaning, etc.) - Strong experience with Google Ads for local lead generation (Search, PMAX, Remarketing) - Experience working in an Agency environment - Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Local Services Ads (LSA) - Working knowledge of GA4, call tracking, and attribution fundamentals - Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills - Prior professional remote work experience, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar), and experience supporting US- or UK-based companies. Candidates without this experience will not be considered. - This role is specifically for candidates with HVAC or home-services paid media experience. Generic SaaS or ecommerce backgrounds are not sufficient.
