• You are not an assistant but a strategic sparring partner. • You are responsible for implementing campaigns. • You build campaigns from scratch, launch them, and optimize them daily. • CPL, CTR, ROAS and CPA are your metrics — not just buzzwords in the kickoff. • You precisely segment ICPs, build Custom and Lookalike Audiences, test Matched Audiences on LinkedIn, and develop persona-specific messaging per ad set. • You calculate budgets, manage frontloading and bidding, and increase spend in a controlled way each day until the performance curve stabilizes. • Weekly ad account reviews with the team are your main development format. • You write headlines and body copy in German and English that filter rather than please. • A/B tests on copy, creative and CTAs run systematically, not randomly. • You build KPI dashboards that enable decision-making rather than just listing numbers. • Conversion tracking, UTM structure and lead attribution are in your hands. • You orchestrate setup, QA and launches, document learnings after every test and ensure campaigns are set up to scale.
• As a Senior Business Consultant, you will work closely with B2B business owners and develop clients' sales structures at the C-level. • You will conduct in-depth analyses of existing company structures and create targeted optimization plans. • You will manage your own client portfolio and regularly collaborate with your team. • You will develop innovative marketing and sales strategies and implement proven social selling practices. • You will communicate proactively with your clients and lead 1:1 coaching, onboarding, and live calls.
• You support the setup and monitoring of organic campaigns (e.g., via Lemlist, Clay, HubSpot) as well as paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn — from planning through ongoing performance monitoring. • You create, test, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn, build precise target audiences, calculate budgets, and continuously improve metrics such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, and CPA. • You write persuasive copy for ads, outreach campaigns, email flows, and landing pages, and systematically test copy, CTAs, and creatives to maximize conversions. • You prepare and enrich data across various tools and perform targeted audience segmentation. • You work with Zapier and HubSpot Workflows to automate processes, reduce manual tasks, and increase marketing efficiency. • You help create and maintain KPI dashboards, ensuring metrics are presented clearly and meaningfully, and support decision-making with data-driven insights. • You respond to inquiries about ongoing campaigns, test processes, document workflows, and ensure everything runs smoothly and remains scalable.
