Role Description Astrana Health is looking for a CA-licensed Utilization Review Nurse to assist our Health Services Department. In this position, you will utilize your clinical judgement to approve or deny outpatient medical services for patients based on Medical Necessity Criteria, respective to various Health Plans. - This position requires open availability between Monday through Sunday, 8 A - 8 P. - You would be scheduled for 5 shifts per week. - This is a remote position for CA-licensed nurses. - Candidates may reside in any state, but will be required to work PST. Benefits - This is a remote position. - Candidates who live within a 30 mile radius of the office may be expected to work hybrid. - Typical business hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. - This position requires open availability between 8 AM - 8 PM PST, M-Su. - Your schedule will be comprised of 5 shifts per week. - Nurses rotate weekend and holiday coverage. - Overtime is required in this position. - The national target pay range for this role is $34.00 - $42.00 per hour. - Actual compensation will be based on job level, geographic location (current or future), experience, and other job-related factors. • Review, redline, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including Software Agreements for SaaS/Cloud, and non-disclosure agreements. • Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies and the relevant US regulations, if applicable. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, IT, compliance) to understand business needs and incorporate them into contract terms. • Utilize contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms and legal technology tools to manage contract processes efficiently. • Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks, recommending improvements to contract templates and workflows. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology, cybersecurity, and privacy trends affecting contract negotiations.

• Provide virtual primary care via phone, video, and messaging • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions • Manage ongoing care plans and patient follow-ups • Prescribe medications and order labs as appropriate • Educate patients on prevention and long-term health • Collaborate with a care team to deliver high-quality outcomes • Document care in EMR systems

• Lead the development of best-in-class, audience-driven advertising solutions for Life360 Ads partners across key verticals including: QSR, Retail, CPG, Travel, Auto, Health and Finance • Organize and facilitate brainstorms, ensuring ideas are effectively captured and translated into actionable concepts across proactive opportunities and RFP response • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Creative, Insights & Measurement and Client Success teams to develop proposals and pitch materials, built on vertical best practices and learnings • Create compelling, client-facing presentations and narratives that showcase the value of Life360 Ads to partners • Develop sales enablement materials in partnership with Marketing, including sponsorship packages, one-sheets, case studies, and capabilities decks
