Role Description The Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs and facilitating Agile processes within the Salesforce platform. Qualifications - Salesforce Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Cloud, CRM functionality, and configuration (custom objects, workflows, validation rules). - Agile Methodology: Proven experience running Scrum teams, preferably with certification (CSM or PSM). - Tool Proficiency: Experience using Jira and Confluence for user stories and project tracking. - Communication: Strong ability to act as a translator between sales/business users and developers. Requirements - Elicit, analyze, and document business needs, turning them into user stories, Epics, and functional requirements within the Salesforce platform. - Map out process flows and perform impact analysis for enhancements, defects, and configuration changes. - Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support end-user training to drive adoption. - Maintain documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and data mapping. - Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. - Remove blockers and dependencies, empowering the development team. - Oversee project planning, delivery timelines, and sprint velocity to ensure timely Salesforce releases. Role Description We are seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer with strong experience testing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications. This role will support end-to-end testing for multiple Salesforce implementations, ensuring high-quality releases through strong functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing practices. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience creating and executing test plans, writing detailed test cases, performing API testing, validating third-party integrations, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Experience with Postman and defect management tools is required. You will work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, product owners, and project managers to maintain high-quality standards and support continuous delivery pipelines. What you’ll do - Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom-built features. - Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scripts, and documentation aligned to business and technical requirements. - Perform API testing using Postman to validate integrations with third-party systems. - Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects; collaborate with developers and admins to reproduce, resolve, and verify fixes. - Review user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements to ensure adequate test coverage. - Support UAT planning and execution, including coordinating with business stakeholders and providing training or user guidance when needed. - Validate data accuracy, system workflows, boundary cases, and end-to-end business processes. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, refinement, QA readiness, and retrospectives. - Contribute to knowledge management through documentation, test artifacts, and process improvements. - Assist in improving QA processes, standards, and automation opportunities across Salesforce environments.
