Job Requirements
- 8+ years of Semiconductor/High Tech Manufacturing Operations experience across NPI, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Fulfillment domains.
- Experience in business architecture, business transformation or related field driving large transformation programs.
- Experience in configuring Oracle ERP to support discrete manufacturing of new products.
- Experience in enabling and supporting B2B transactions for manufacturing.
- Experience working with Foundry, OSAT, Contract Manufacturing, and 3PL Partners.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- Manufacturing Execution Systems “MES” experience.
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, alerts, and/or agentic/generative AI solutions.
- Experience in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience using Six Sigma methods to tackle problems and optimize business processes.
