• Record and categorize daily financial transactions in QuickBooks Online/Desktop • Manage expense entries, reimbursements, and receipts • Reconcile bank and credit card statements • Generate standard financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) • Assist with payroll entries and client invoicing • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation • Coordinate with the client’s CPA or accounting team when needed
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping, specifically with QuickBooks
- Familiarity with US accounting standards and bookkeeping practices
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Willingness to work during US hours (night shift)
