• Manage customer support operations and handle L2 & L3 client escalations efficiently • Act as the key point of contact for client concerns, ensuring timely issue resolution • Monitor customer interactions and ensure adherence to service standards and SLAs • Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding issue resolutions

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients • Understand client goals, brand voice, and ensure alignment across all social media and admin deliverables • Conduct regular check-ins and review meetings with clients to provide updates and gather feedback • Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 Virtual Assistants managing social media and admin tasks for clients • Oversee workload distribution, task assignments, and ensure timely delivery of work • Train, guide, and monitor team members to maintain quality and consistency • Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to client objectives • Oversee content creation, scheduling, publishing, and reporting across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) • Ensure compliance with Meta, Google, and platform policies to avoid account issues • Coordinate and supervise Virtual Assistants managing client’s administrative processes
Social Media, Virtual Assistant

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.) • Design basic creatives using tools like Canva • Write compelling captions with relevant hashtags and CTAs • Engage with followers: respond to DMs, comments, and mentions • Monitor trends and suggest content ideas and strategies • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports (engagement, growth, reach, etc.) • Repurpose long-form content into social-ready formats (e.g., quotes, reels, carousels) • Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistency in tone and posting • Coordinate with the client/team for updates, approvals, and feedback
• Record, categorize, and reconcile daily financial transactions in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) • Manage expense tracking, reimbursements, and receipt documentation • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations with high accuracy • Generate and review standard financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) • Support payroll entries and client invoicing processes • Maintain organized financial documentation for audits and reviews • Coordinate with CPAs or accounting teams when required • Ensure timely reporting and strict adherence to deadlines
• Manage end-to-end execution of multiple client marketing projects • Coordinate across Design, Content, SEO, Web/Development, and Social media • Convert meeting discussions into clear tasks and timelines • Track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across projects • Ensure all workstreams for a client stay aligned • Manage incoming client requests and route them to relevant teams • Maintain structured workflows across tools • Follow up proactively to ensure timely completion of tasks • Assist in onboarding new team members into workflows
• Create and adapt designs across multiple client brands • Work on both print and digital assets, including: Postcards, brochures, billboards, Vehicle wraps and trade show materials, Social media creatives, Landing pages and website layouts • Execute designs within predefined brand guidelines • Prepare print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, margins, etc.) • Design UI layouts and extend existing design systems (Figma) • Perform photo editing, enhancement, and asset preparation • Organize and manage image libraries and design assets • Support AI-assisted design workflows (refining generated visuals) • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Manage and respond to emails, and ensure prompt, clear communication. • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Handle routine data entry and data management tasks. • Assist with calendar management, ensuring alignment of schedules and priority tasks. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders via email, phone, or chat. • Maintain professionalism and clarity in all interactions, adapting style to suit various clients and team members. • Create, format, and organize documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of files and data, using shared drives and databases as necessary. • Track key project metrics, deadlines, and progress, keeping stakeholders informed. • Support project management by tracking task completion, coordinating with team members, and managing deadlines. • Conduct follow-up on various tasks, assignments, and projects to ensure timely completion. • Assist with social media content scheduling, posting, and responding to inquiries if needed. • Monitor and report on engagement metrics, helping to maintain an active online presence. • Conduct online research to gather information on specific topics, prepare reports, and present findings concisely. • Assist with gathering competitive analysis, industry trends, or other data-driven insights as required.
