• Serve as a primary internal contact for partner clients, supporting their daily operational needs. • Respond promptly to quote and order requests, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. • Provide real-time updates on order status, shipping timelines, and delivery confirmations. • Check and communicate inventory levels, lead times, and product availability. • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to support sales initiatives and client satisfaction. • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, sales ops, finance) to resolve client issues and ensure smooth order processing. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotes, and transactions in CRM systems. • Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal processes. • Assist in onboarding new clients and educating them on tools, portals, and procedures. • Support sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches as needed. • Must be able to work during USA working hours (PST)
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service—preferably in IT distribution, technology, or B2B sales environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach
- Experience working with IT vendors, resellers, or distribution partners.
- Familiarity with quoting tools, ERP systems, and inventory management platforms.
- Knowledge of IT hardware, software, or cloud solutions is a plus.

Role Description The National Manager, A&D & Commercial Sales is responsible for driving specification activity, commercial project development, revenue growth, and market share across the company's Architectural & Design (A&D) and Commercial Sales channels. This leadership role oversees a team of A&D and Commercial channel managers and is responsible for: - Coaching and performance management - Pipeline development and forecasting - Execution of strategic sales initiatives The position works closely with the National Accounts Manager and National Accounts Sales Team to support national account growth and maximize project opportunities. **Job Summary:** The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) represents the business by managing relationships, expectations and new business opportunities with existing clientele as well as establishing leads and opportunities for Cam Tran in strategic growth initiatives that the company has developed. The RSM owns the forecast vs. actual release patterns and the conversations and measures that these numbers create.
