• Review inbound applications across active job postings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with job requirements before advancing them in the defined process • Screen resumes against role-specific criteria provided by the Sourcing and Operations Manager and identify candidates who meet required qualifications, skills, and experience for open positions • Build sourcing lists of passive candidates using LinkedIn and other tools for RPO and Retained Search roles • Conduct initial outreach to passive candidates using approved messaging templates • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS including, outreach activity, responses, screening activity, and candidate status updates • Conduct structured phone and video screens with qualified applicants on RPO with Phone Screens and Retained Search engagements. Maintain complete standardized screening documentation on all candidates, that includes document compensation expectations, availability, and any flagged concerns • Communicate professional, timely dispositions to candidates who are not moving forward • Raise concerns about pipeline roadblocks and operational obstacles to the Sourcing Operations Manager in a timely manner • Support interview scheduling coordination when needed on Retained Search engagements. • Timely resume review within time of resume submission as well as timely candidate dispositioning • Screening forms completed accurately for every candidate screened • Timely updates to ATS records of any candidate status change • Timely responses and communications sent to candidates

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 1 year: experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or a closely related function
  • Experience conducting phone or video screens with job candidates
  • Familiarity with at least one ATS or applicant tracking tool
  • Experience sourcing on LinkedIn or using job boards for candidate identification
  • LinkedIn Recruiter Lite or equivalent
  • ATS platform proficiency
  • Microsoft Office suite including Word and Outlook
  • Microsoft Teams for internal communication
  • Prior experience supporting a multi-client recruiting or RPO environment
  • Familiarity with ExactHire, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms
  • Degree or coursework in Human Resources Management
