ASC Engineered Solutions
• Drive customer engagement, including outreach to existing machine owners to gather feedback, identify grooving size usage, address issues, and promote retrofit and service programs.**• Lead market analysis efforts to identify mechanical contractors, fabrication shops, subcontracting relationships, and growth opportunities.**• Collaborate with Project Pursuit, Mechanical Specialists, and Rep Partners to drive demand generation and promote NAP offerings through industry organizations (AFSA, NFSA, MCA, MCAA, UA) and trade events.**• Support the expansion of the NAP equipment portfolio, including Shop Groovers, Lift & Turn systems, and bundled package offerings.**• Enable rental channel growth including rental-to-own program design.**• Strengthen field development via demo units, training programs, standardized sales presentations, and cross-functional “train-the-trainer” enablement.**• Partner with marketing to execute campaigns including social media, email outreach, distributor promotions, and quoting banner enhancements.**• Coordinate production planning needs for NAP equipment and support staffing assessments to ensure build, service, and troubleshooting capacity.**• Support closing of sales by reinforcing service program offerings and ensuring National alignment with NAP value propositions.**• Create customer experience around NAP factory tour.**• Manage and develop direct report National Sales Manager of FPPI****
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical construction, fabrication, industrial equipment sales, or related field.**
- Experience working with mechanical contractors, fabrication shops, or rental/service channels.**
- Strong understanding of grooving equipment, service plans, and fabrication workflow preferred.**
- Ability to train cross-functional teams and provide technical and commercial guidance to customers.**
- Strong communication, planning, and customer-engagement skills.**
- Ability to travel nationally (50–70%) to support demos, trainings, customer visits, and industry events.
