Data Governance Analyst I
Trend Health Partners
• Support data governance initiatives related to data quality, standardization, and documentation • Assist in validating and profiling datasets to identify data quality issues and inconsistencies • Help maintain data definitions, data dictionaries, and metadata documentation • Partner with team members to understand business requirements and support basic data mapping efforts • Execute predefined data quality checks and assist in resolving data discrepancies • Support data migration and integration activities through documentation and validation tasks • Use SQL to query and validate data under guidance from senior team members • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure adherence to data governance standards • Document processes, workflows, and data-related procedures clearly and accurately • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to strengthen data governance processes
Job Requirements
- Foundational knowledge in data governance and quality management
- Basic Experience in gathering requirements and analyzing processes for improvement
- Experience in systems engineering and integration
- Basic experience with SQL, DataBricks and/or database expertise
- Basic Experience in writing technical documentation
- Ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
