• Oversee and enhance our cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud, Terraform) and software architecture to ensure optimal security and efficiency, while leading modernization and scaling efforts. • Identify vulnerabilities, and mitigate risks, staying ahead of emerging threats to safeguard sensitive data and maintain compliance. • Implement advanced monitoring (Grafana) to continuously track and analyze system performance, optimizing processes to prevent failures and minimize downtime for maximum system visibility. • Collaborate closely with product development teams to align infrastructure improvements with business objectives and contribute to the strategic direction of IT operations.
• Develop , test , and deploy high-quality, scalable full - stack features using our core technologies (Next.JS, React, Typescript, Tailwind) • Design and implement effective API solutions and backend services (eg. Node.js or Python) to support our application's performance and functionality • Collaborate closely with the rest of the development team and product owner to translate product requirements into technical solutions • Integrate and leverage AI models and features into the platform, specifically focusing on responsible implementation concerning user privacy and security • Engage in continuous knowledge exchange and perform thorough code reviews to maintain high coding standards and elevate team quality • Take ownership of features and projects, from conceptualization through to production deployment and monitoring
Your mission We are looking for a Psychological Content Creator based in Ukraine - someone who bridges psychology and content strategy - to create work that truly reaches people when it matters most. Someone who doesn't just produce content, but understands the emotional needs of the people behind the screen and makes content that people actually want to read - and find helpful. You will join our Content Team at krisenchat and shape how we connect with our Ukrainian audience - through longform YouTube videos, reels and social posts that are emotionally intelligent and psychologically grounded. Start date: 01.05.2026 Location: Remote from Ukraine, 20h/week Contract: Limited until 31.12.2026 Requirements: Valid FOP (Type 3), based in Ukraine Compensation: Freelance agreement with Ukraine-specific rates (~18.000 EUR per year assuming 20h -week) Your main responsibilities: - Develop and deliver social media content packages, including finished posts, reel-videos and longform YouTube videos that align with our audience's needs. - Produce, edit and publish YouTube videos for the channel Krisenchat Ukrainian. - Coordinate influencer marketing initiatives and partnership opportunities, including research, outreach and results documentation. Your profile Hard skills: - Background in psychology — you are studying, have studied, or have built a solid foundation through genuine deep interest. - 1–2 years of proven experience in social media management or content creation. - Psychological intuition — you understand why people click, stop scrolling and share, and apply that to every piece of content. - Storytelling expertise — you can hold an audience through longform formats for 10+ minutes. - Video content — you can shoot, edit and produce longform video content independently. - Platform know-how — you are well-versed in the algorithms of YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. - Analytical mindset — you make content decisions based on performance data, not just intuition. - Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian (C1–C2) and confident in English (B1–B2) Soft skills: - Proactive, reliable and comfortable working independently in a remote setting. - Story-driven empathy — you feel what the audience feels and it naturally shapes the way you create. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Agile collaboration with psychologists, developers, and designers on the conception of new features. • Target-Audience Focus: Trauma-informed design of solutions with deep empathy for our young target group and our counselors. • End-to-End Product Design: Supporting the entire product lifecycle (research, user flows, prototypes, usability tests). • Design System knowledge: Further development of design standards and maintenance of the Design System (Figma). • Developer Handoff: Creating clear handoffs (documentation, specifications) for developers.

• Your purpose in the 30-hour part-time position as (Psycho-Social) Innovations Counselor within the Innovations Team from 01.05. or 01.06.2026 (fixed-term until 31.12.2026) is primarily to advance chat counseling for children and adolescents at krisenchat to a level of excellence. • You primarily counsel acute, challenging, or so-called prioritized chats, predominantly during evening and night hours. • With your expertise you support and accompany our interns and volunteer counselors using the four-eyes principle (joint oversight). • As part of your role you participate in regular intervision sessions, supervision and workshops to ensure high counseling quality. • You will be trained for on-call duty. • You are part of the Innovations Team, which focuses on the continuous development of the platform and counseling features. • Identification of professional, ethical or methodological risks and development potentials of our counseling and the counseling platform. • Documentation of test results in standardized feedback and testing protocols. • Participation in evaluation rounds and internal meetings to interpret test results and derive necessary adjustments.
• Your role will involve providing counseling to children, adolescents and young adults. • Common topics include anxiety, loneliness, depressive symptoms, and problems at school and within the family. • Each chat shift lasts 2.5 hours and can be scheduled at a time of your choosing. • As we operate a 24/7 service, you can distribute your shifts very flexibly throughout the day. • We ask for at least 5 hours of volunteer work per month. • You will be informed about the exact procedures during our onboarding (introduction program). • There will always be a point of contact available, and during chat shifts we ensure you are not alone.
