Senior Director, Field Sales

CareSource

• Responsible for driving statewide membership growth and achieving enrollment targets across Medicare, DSNP, and related product lines. • Develop and execute statewide sales and membership growth strategies to achieve enrollment and market share goals across Ohio product lines. • Lead and develop high performing sales leadership teams responsible for captive Field Sales, Broker channel growth, and Business Development function. • Drive accountability for total state membership performance, including achievement of sales goals and membership targets through both owned and influenced channels. • Oversee and establish a Business Development function responsible for cultivating sustainable referral relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Services, Marketing or related field required
  • Seven (7) years of experience in healthcare or managed care, with at least three (3) years in a leadership role, is required
  • Experience leading Medicare Advantage, DSNP, Medicaid, or managed care sales organizations required
  • Experience building detailed Sales plans required
  • Current, unrestricted State Insurance license in Accident and Health in state of practice within state(s) of assigned territory is /are required or ability to achieve license(s) within 90 days of hire

Role Description The goal of this position is to drive sales, increase market share, and provide exceptional customer support. The focus will be on prospecting, growing, and maintaining customer satisfaction within the contractor, industrial, and municipal segments. We are seeking a self-motivated, high-performing outside sales representative for a remote-based role. A background in heavy-duty or municipal equipment is preferred but not required. Sales and product training will be provided throughout your career. This role will require significant travel within the territory (including overnight stays) and occasional travel outside of the territory for trade shows, meetings, and events. - Sell, train, and deliver environmental equipment to Best Equipment’s customers and prospects. - Follow up on leads, referrals, and requests with urgency. - Create and maintain a product matrix for all customers via Salesforce, tracking products owned, ages, and serial numbers. - Use Salesforce CRM to manage daily activities, customer notes, quoting, and order submissions. - Prepare and conduct product presentations and demonstrations for qualified prospects. - Recommend, quote, prepare bids, collect purchase orders (POs), and deliver sold equipment, ensuring all delivery paperwork is completed. - Maintain and develop strong product and industry knowledge. - Address customer complaints and issues promptly, maintaining clear communication across departments. - Understand and support established sales policies and procedures. - Promote the company’s preventive maintenance (PM) programs to customers within the territory. - Maintain required paperwork, expense reports, forecasts, and other documentation as directed by management.
