PerformYard
• Develop and close growth opportunities within our existing customer base. • Build relationships with customers in your territory, identify opportunities for upsell or account expansion, and demonstrate value of additional PerformYard capabilities to drive revenue growth and retention. • Be a member of our sales team, reporting into our Sr. Director of Sales and directly impact our growing revenue targets and retention goals. • Generate qualified meetings for yourself and partner with Customer Success and Marketing on warm leads. • Demonstrate the value of additional PerformYard products on a variety of customer meetings. • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to learn about and be able to demonstrate product releases, enhancements and updates to customers. • Effectively manage an active sales pipeline of growth opportunities across your territory. • Maintain an accurate sales forecast on a weekly/monthly/annual basis and manage your personal sales pipeline. • Leverage CRM tools and sales automation to constantly make yourself more efficient.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account executive, business development, or account management roles, preferably in B2B SaaS industry
- At least 1+ year in a quota carrying account management role, with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience managing current customer upsell opportunities and negotiating contract details
- A demonstrated track record of success in B2B SaaS sales roles
- Strong internal and external communication skills and the ability to present multiple products seamlessly
- Bonus Points:
- Experience with QBRs and developing strategic account plans
- Strong public speaking skills and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage Executive relationships
- Familiarity with renewal processes

• Serve as the primary point of contact for major DoW enterprise accounts in the Southern California region • Drive sales of Tektronix’s Test & Measurement portfolio, including oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, Keithley, and EA products • Develop and execute account strategies to maximize growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts and adjacent organizations • Manage sales pipeline and forecasting activities within CRM for accurate visibility and planning • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product management, customer support) to deliver tailored solutions • Stay current on industry trends, defense initiatives, and government procurement processes
