Project Coordinator, Corporate Gifting, PT Contract

Goody Gifting

• Assist in Coordinating end-to-end project coordination for promotional product orders, from product presentation creation through delivery. • Communicate with vendors to gather pricing, confirm inventory, recommend new products and oversee proofing and production timelines. • Support coordination with internal teams on order details, approvals, and status updates, ensuring project alignment and successful delivery. • Maintain accurate order documentation in designated project management tools and systems. • Troubleshoot issues related to product availability, production delays, or artwork adjustments. • Track and follow up on outstanding items to ensure deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in the promotional products, custom gifting or swag industry (distributor, supplier, or agency side).
  • Deep understanding of common promo products, branding methods, and vendor capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple timelines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp) and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with Canva a plus.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Experience working in a remote environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in high volume, Q4 holiday season in a similar retail business environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with sustainability trends and premium branded merchandise is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a quick-moving, early-stage startup, preferred.
  • Strong interest in supporting Goody’s mission to help celebrate and lift up others, spread joy and bring ease and fun to the gifting experience!
