Role Description We are building an AI-powered automation function across three companies from the ground up. As our first AI Automation Lead, you will define the stack, set the standards, and build the foundation that everything else will be built on. You will work closely with our VP of AI to translate strategy into working agents and integrations — and eventually help scale those systems to our customers. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required. - Advanced degree in business, public policy, education, organizational leadership, or a related field preferred. - Ability to travel depending on client needs and engagement requirements. - Significant experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, organizational transformation, or a related advisory role. - Demonstrated experience leading complex client engagements from problem definition through execution. - Experience developing strategies, frameworks, recommendations, and implementation plans for clients. - Experience leading or supporting engagements related to organizational transformation, strategic development and implementation, market research and assessments, private equity due diligence, operational improvement, growth strategy, or change management. • Support the mapping and documentation of business operations, human resources, and people operations workflows. • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate input into clear process notes, workflow steps, user stories, or implementation briefs. • Assist with building, testing, and refining AI supported and automation enabled processes using approved tools and platforms. • Support the setup, testing, and improvement of workflows in tools such as Zapier, Make.com, or similar automation platforms. • Assist with basic technical tasks related to embedding workflows into existing systems, forms, websites, databases, or operational platforms. • Apply basic cybersecurity best practice when supporting systems, integrations, access permissions, data handling, and workflow documentation. • Support prompt design, workflow logic, process documentation, and quality checks for AI and automation outputs. • Assist with the preparation and delivery of training materials, guides, demonstrations, and practical learning sessions on AI and automation related topics. • Coordinate tasks, timelines, feedback, and updates across multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts. • Maintain clear documentation of workflows, testing outcomes, training notes, change requests, technical notes, access considerations, and implementation decisions.
