• Ensure High-Quality, Reliable EHR-Integrated Workflows that Power Veradigm Payer Insights (VPI) • Lead the creation and execution of test plans and strengthen the VPI QA program • Validate point-of-care workflows across multiple EHR platforms • Become the SME for how VPI insights appear and function within each EHR’s workflow • Test end-to-end interoperability—data ingestion → VPI processing → EHR workflow delivery • Identify differences in workflow behavior between EHRs and ensure correct configuration and output • Document defects clearly and collaborate with the team to drive fast, high-quality resolution • Partner with Veradigm’s enterprise QA organization to align on best practices and drive continuous improvement

• Produce clear diagrams, documentation, and implementation plans for our QA systems / processes. • Follow company architectural guidelines and industry best practices when developing QA automation frameworks / systems. • Use AI as necessary / appropriate to ensure maximum effective test coverage. • Ability to write test automation that can validate across the entire stack; front-end, backend, and database. • Ability to write meaningful automated tests including Unit Tests, integration tests, and functional automation (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, etc). • Ability to write and organize manual test cases as necessary, or as a precursor to automation. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including support and customer success. • Providing consistent and meaningful progress and performance updates to senior management and the Executive Leadership Team.

• Establish and lead QA practices for a new AI-first SaaS platform • Design and execute test strategies across UI, API, and integrations • Build and maintain test case management and reporting systems • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure quality at every stage • Own bug reporting, triage, and release validation • Lay the foundation for future automated QA testing and CI/CD integration • Champion user empathy and customer feedback to drive product reliability
