Senior QA Engineer
DualEntry
• Establish and lead QA practices for a new AI-first SaaS platform • Design and execute test strategies across UI, API, and integrations • Build and maintain test case management and reporting systems • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure quality at every stage • Own bug reporting, triage, and release validation • Lay the foundation for future automated QA testing and CI/CD integration • Champion user empathy and customer feedback to drive product reliability
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Software QA, focused on SaaS/web applications
- Experience with UI and API testing at scale
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, AWS, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong grasp of bug reporting (Jira), test management (TestRail), and tools like Selenium/Cypress/Playwright
- Knowledge of performance testing, database testing, and monitoring (Datadog a plus)
- Excellent English communication (C1 level)
- Ability to work hard (we work most weekends), move fast, and thrive in high-velocity environments
