Role Description Abbott Rapid and Molecular Diagnostics (RMDx) – Infectious Disease (ID) is seeking a driven, competitive Associate Sales Development Representative to fuel new business growth. This role is designed for individuals with a true hunter mindset who are eager to build a career in healthcare sales. You will partner closely with the Regional Business Manager to develop core selling skills, including: - Prospecting - Account development - Customer engagement This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a competitive, performance-based environment and is motivated by winning new business, exceeding targets, and accelerating their sales career. In this role, you will focus on building a strong pipeline, managing opportunities with discipline, and delivering measurable results. High performers will have a clear path to promotion within 12–24 months.
