Content Marketing Coordinator
YOCTO
• Content Strategy & Distribution: Ensuring every piece of content has a clear path to generating demand. Partnering directly with the CEO, you'll brainstorm ideas based on market trends and competitor gaps, then repurpose pillar video content into highly optimized LinkedIn posts, X threads, and short-form videos. You’ll also manage publishing cadences, SEO metadata, and performance analytics to constantly improve our reach. • Lead Nurturing & Conversion: You will architect and maintain our entire nurture ecosystem to ensure every touchpoint leads to a booked call. This means managing everything from lead magnets and opt-in forms to automated email flows and our monthly newsletter. Own the quality control process, running a strict 6-point audit on every live URL to ensure typos, formatting, visuals, and mobile views are completely flawless before launch.

At times, you'll need to build things in a day: we live and breathe a value called "Calculated Speed". We don't have structured management (yet!). We expect more than 9 to 5 - raw hours make an impact at our current stage. We trust each team member to create a flexible work schedule that allows them to be most productive while accommodating other priorities outside of work. We also strongly encourage time off to recharge the batteries: in addition to unlimited PTO, we've implemented a minimum 20 days vacation policy.
Role Description As the first Content Marketer at Pogo, you'll lead our B2B content function and own the voice of our enterprise business across every public-facing channel. You'll have a rare advantage: proprietary first-party data to draw from, and the freedom to figure out which channels matter and how to win them. - Lead Pogo's B2B content function - you decide what gets written and where it shows up - Turn Pogo's proprietary data into compelling long-form content - reports, studies, and deep dives - Produce excellent copy across formats: long-form articles, webinars, outbound email, paid ads, billboards, organic social - Own content strategy - decide which channels we invest in and why - Develop a deep understanding of our buyers and write to them - Use language to capture attention, create virality, and drive conversion Qualifications - Likely 3–6 years of B2B SaaS content experience at a tech company with a strong content program - Ability to produce excellent copy across lengths and formats - Strong understanding of how to use language to drive outcomes - Ability to dig into data and find the story in it - Strong POV on how to run a content function - Experience working at a fast-growing startup with real ownership - Active use of AI tools in workflows Requirements - Bonus: Turning data into compelling macro consumer stories (leans on journalism) - Track record of writing publicly on social and growing an audience Benefits - Own the voice of a fast-growing B2B business - Work with uniquely rich proprietary data - Have real creative and strategic ownership - Experiment across formats and distribution - Help shape the content culture early Why you might not be excited about us - This is not a pure brand or editorial role; we care deeply about outcomes - There’s very little existing structure; you’ll be building systems from scratch - We move quickly and iterate constantly - You’ll need to balance strategy with execution - We expect more than 9 to 5; raw hours make an impact at our current stage

Role Description At OnTheGoSystems (creators of WPML and PTC), content is a key driver of how hundreds of thousands of people discover, understand, and choose to use our translation and localization products. We’re looking for a Head of Content who starts by doing the work – learning the product, writing, figuring out what actually moves the needle, and then builds from there. We are especially interested in people who already think beyond traditional content marketing and understand how AI can support: - Research - SEO/GEO monitoring - Planning - Drafting - Publishing - Operational workflows You won’t inherit a polished strategy or a big team to manage. You’ll earn your influence by producing content that works. From there, you’ll shape what we do, what we stop doing, and how content contributes to real business outcomes. If you’re used to owning results, not just producing content, this role is a great fit for you. What You’ll Do: - Write and edit high-quality content across formats: landing pages, product pages, articles, tutorials, and emails. - Own content end-to-end: research, production, publishing, analysis, and iteration. - Work closely with product, support, and development teams to turn customer problems into useful content. - Use SEO, GEO, analytics, AI-search visibility, and customer feedback to guide decisions. - Build AI-assisted workflows that improve speed and efficiency while maintaining quality. - Review and validate AI-generated content for accuracy and reliability. - Take ownership of content direction across the team based on real business goals. Qualifications - Have worked in a product IT company and can show real, measurable impact from your content. - Have experience managing people, collaborating across teams, or leading content initiatives. - Have experience using AI in practical production workflows, not only for simple prompting. - Are comfortable experimenting, building processes, and improving systems without waiting for perfect structure. - Care about ownership, judgment, and business outcomes. - Think like an operator and strategist, not only a writer. Benefits - We’re a profitable, self-funded company growing since 2007. - WPML powers more than 1.5 million websites worldwide. - Your work will directly influence product growth, adoption, and positioning. - You’ll have real ownership and freedom to shape how content operates. - You’ll work with experienced product, engineering, and marketing people in a fully remote company. - You’ll help define what modern AI-assisted content operations look like inside a real product company.
