Senior Manager, M&A Analyst

McKesson

• Support the Corporate Development team across the full transaction lifecycle including sourcing, evaluation, and execution • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry assessments • Analyze financial statements and prepare summaries for internal stakeholders • Coordinate due diligence and contribute to the development of investment memoranda

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or transaction advisory
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field
  • Strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and analysis of company performance
  • Ability to synthesize market data and competitive intelligence into actionable insights
  • Experience in supporting M&A transactions or strategic initiatives preferred
  • Familiarity with financial tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, CapIQ, or PitchBook
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
