Senior Manager, M&A Analyst

• Support the Corporate Development team across the full transaction lifecycle including sourcing, evaluation, and execution • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry assessments • Analyze financial statements and prepare summaries for internal stakeholders • Coordinate due diligence and contribute to the development of investment memoranda
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or transaction advisory
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field
- Strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and analysis of company performance
- Ability to synthesize market data and competitive intelligence into actionable insights
- Experience in supporting M&A transactions or strategic initiatives preferred
- Familiarity with financial tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, CapIQ, or PitchBook
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
