Middle IT Project Manager

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Middle Project Manager with a strong background in Project Management and Process Implementation to lead the development and implementation of the new internal systems and business processes. The ideal candidate has a blend of project management, analytical, and soft skills to analyze and improve processes on department and company levels and communicate directly with the stakeholders. - Lead the end-to-end internal project lifecycle - from requirements gathering to solution delivery and business process implementation - Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify business needs, validate assumptions, shape the direction of process or system improvements, and translate them into clear, actionable project requirements - Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency at every stage - Work closely with product managers, design, development, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery - Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing mitigation strategies and solutions - Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement throughout project phases - Monitor project performance and KPIs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and business outcomes - Lead business process implementation - ensuring solutions are embedded into actual workflows and adopted by the teams - Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and proposed solutions - Prepare and deliver progress reports, presentations, and status updates to stakeholders and senior management - Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices - Proactively identify potential process improvements, efficiency gaps, and blind spots across teams and workflows Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in project management - Strong organizational, planning, and delivery skills - Experience in business process analysis and optimization, or product workflow buildup, is a must - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience working with cross-functional teams and both business and technical stakeholders - Data-driven approach to decision-making - Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and deadlines - English at least B2 Benefits - Opportunity to shape the backbone systems of a modern, data-driven digital company. - Autonomy to lead meaningful projects from ideation to impact. - A collaborative, innovation-first environment that values initiative and experimentation. - Reduced working hours on Fridays during the summer.
