• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. • Drive projects through idea generation, funnel intake, definition, and scoping phases. • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resource allocation across complex initiatives. • Ensure successful execution through defined performance metrics and KPIs. • Serve as the single point of accountability and escalation for project success. • Build strong relationships with clients, sponsors, steering committees, and cross-functional teams. • Provide consultative guidance to customers, aligning solutions with business objectives. • Facilitate project governance forums, including Steering Committee meetings and executive updates. • Apply and adapt PMI-based and customer-facing project methodologies. • Establish and maintain project management frameworks, standards, and documentation. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO. • Develop and deliver status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries. • Track project financials, including effort, forecasting, and cost management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced degree preferred
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or Lean Six Sigma are highly desirable.
- 3-5+ years of project management experience, preferably in Digital Health or Healthcare IT
- Proven experience managing large, complex projects in matrix organizations.
- Experience working in customer-facing, consulting-oriented roles.
- Familiarity with Patient Health Management and/or Big Data Analytics is preferred.
