For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. Role Description We're a small team shipping fast across a lot of surface area, and engineering velocity and delivery predictability are company-level goals this year. This role is the engine for both. You'll own our agile process and turn product priorities into execution plans engineering can actually deliver. You'll be hands-on and technically literate — embedded with engineering, not running meetings from the outside — including helping us evolve a development workflow where AI agents do a meaningful share of the implementation work. - The agile process, end-to-end: A hybrid of Sprint/Scrum for committed work and continuous Kanban for interrupts, bugs, and maintenance.
