What You’ll Be Doing - the day to day: - Design, deploy, and maintain cloud and hybrid network infrastructure across environments. - Configure and manage F5 BIG-IP systems for load balancing, traffic management, and application delivery. - Administer Web Application Firewalls (WAF) and Barracuda solutions to protect application and network layers. - Partner with security and engineering teams to evaluate risk, enforce policy, and resolve incidents, asking the right questions early so the right solutions get built. - Troubleshoot complex network issues methodically, communicate findings clearly, and document resolution paths that the whole team can learn from. - Identify gaps and improvements proactively, bring forward recommendations with context, and follow through on the work. - Support a culture of continuous improvement, not through dramatic overhauls, but through consistent, deliberate progress.
