Interface Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain interfaces between PAR systems and external platforms • Translate functional and technical requirements into scalable integration solutions • Build and support integrations using industry standards (e.g., HL7, APIs, flat files, FTP, TCP/IP) • Develop reusable components, templates, and tools to improve integration efficiency • Ensure data integrity, performance, and reliability across all interfaces • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code • Collaborate with project managers and implementation teams on interface delivery • Participate in interface design sessions with internal and external stakeholders • Support interface testing, validation, and go-live activities • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues during and after deployment • Ensure successful handoff to support teams following stabilization • Provide advanced technical support for interface-related issues • Monitor interface performance and proactively identify improvements • Analyze root causes of issues and implement long-term fixes • Continuously improving integration processes, tools, and documentation • Partner with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define integration requirements • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Contribute to best practices, standards, and architectural decisions
Project Manager

• Managing all project tasks and activities through software go-live once the project is transitioned from sales. • Coordinate with trainers to provide go-live plans and expectations. • Support customers post go-live to facilitate the transition to the Customer Success team. • Maintains customer records by updating account information in CRM software. • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Project task management through phone calls, emails, MS TEAMS sessions. • Validating hardware for use with the software. • Import data into customer sites. • Facilitating and assisting Technical Operations and Client Services teams with integration activities.
