• Build complex Excel valuation models for potential acquisitions and divestitures • Evaluate deals through discounted cash flow analyses and metrics such as IRR, EBITDA multiples, etc. • Create pro forma income and cash flow statements for potential joint ventures • Manage due diligence process including leading physical site visits, coordinating with sellers, collecting data, and ensuring that all areas of the diligence process undergo appropriate review • Create presentations and proposals for potential sellers, joint venture partners, senior management, board of directors, etc. • Work closely with Transaction Directors and legal teams in the negotiation and drafting of definitive agreements.

• Lead financial analysis and decision support for budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and business planning • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reviews, including executive-ready reports, dashboards, presentations and client level reporting • Perform variance analysis across actuals, plan, and forecast for key financial statement lines and metrics across Renters Solutions products and clients • Analyze financial and operational performance to identify drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations • Build and enhance financial models, scenarios, and business cases to support forecasting, strategic initiatives, and investment decisions • Partner with finance, accounting, and business leaders to align assumptions, improve visibility, and support decision-making • Support the annual budget, forecast updates, and ad hoc analysis, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity • Maintain data integrity and reporting consistency while identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and analytical efficiency

• Act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director • Provide insight, challenge and guidance at executive level • Lead and inspire a high-performing finance function within a matrix, multi-site organisation • Build strong cross-functional relationships across operations, commercial and central teams • Develop deep understanding of market dynamics, customer economics and operational drivers • Drive robust performance frameworks linking financial outcomes to operational KPIs • Identify risks, opportunities and performance trends • Lead pricing strategy and margin optimisation across customers and segments • Enhance customer and product profitability to support commercial decision-making • Oversee budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes • Ensure strong financial controls, compliance and reporting integrity across all sites • Own P&L, balance sheet and cash flow performance • Drive working capital optimisation and embed a strong cash culture • Lead finance transformation agenda, including systems, processes and data capabilities • Build strong finance business partnering capability across the business • Develop talent pipelines and succession plans for key roles

Support budgeting and forecasting processes, analyze financial trends, and prepare variance reports while collaborating with department leaders to drive informed decision-making and enhance financial models for strategic planning.
