Marketing Executive

• Plan and deliver customer marketing communications across newsletters, webinars, product updates, and spotlights. • Support the customer engagement and retention roadmap, keeping our messaging timely, relevant, and on brand. • Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Account Managers to surface stories, updates, and opportunities. • Use in-platform opportunities to nurture, engage, and connect with our customers. • Support the customer advocacy pipeline, helping identify and activate champions for case studies, testimonials, and peer-to-peer content. • Act as an internal brand champion, ensuring consistency across all content and channels. • Build branded content, webpages, propositions, sales decks, and collateral that look sharp and land the message. • Be a driving force behind our CRM and customer marketing through HubSpot. • Support our flagship customer event, Customer Connect, and our wider approach to future in-person engagement. • Help keep projects moving, organised, and on track.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years' marketing experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, EdTech, or professional services.
  • Digitally savvy, confident across CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot or similar a bonus).
  • A natural brand champion with an eye for detail and quality content.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • A fast learner who adapts quickly and is already using AI to improve their day-to-day outputs.
  • Passionate, full of energy, and not afraid to get stuck in and move things forward.
  • A confident communicator and genuine team player who enjoys collaborating across the business.
  • A genuine interest in education and the impact great technology can have throughout Trusts and schools.

Your role at DynatraceAs a Partner Marketing Executive, you will be a key member of the Partner organization within Dynatrace. Reporting to the Global Manager - Regional Marketing, you will be responsible for planning and executing partner marketing initiatives in EMEA Central & Eastern Europe (CEE - Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe) with specific focus on building integrated campaigns with top, strategic partners in the region. The role will collaborate closely with the EMEA Partner Sales team, the global partner marketing organization, and regional marketing teams. The role will also work with adjacent partner enablement teams to create campaigns that promote training and certifications. This is a results-driven role. Partner Deal Registration (PDR), and by extension, pipeline and ROI are fundamental metrics for success. Effective planning, execution and campaign follow-up will be key. You will be supported by a central Partner marketing team that will share To Partner communications, campaigns, content, and event best practices, while also providing access to market leading technology platforms to accomplish your goals.
