Analista de Operaciones

Tenpo

• Ejecutar con precisión los procesos operativos core de Tenpo —cuadraturas, conciliaciones, facturación y recaudación— asegurando la trazabilidad de las operaciones con mandantes, bancos y partners financieros, y contribuyendo a la mejora continua de los flujos interinstitucionales. • Realizar las cuadraturas y conciliaciones diarias de las operaciones de Tenpo, verificando la consistencia entre los registros internos y los reportes de partners financieros, alertando oportunamente ante cualquier discrepancia. • Supervisar los procesos de facturación y recaudación con los mandantes y partners del ecosistema de medios de pago, validando la correcta liquidación de transacciones. • Detectar, registrar y gestionar las inconsistencias que no son resueltas automáticamente por los sistemas, coordinando su resolución con las áreas internas (Tecnología, Finanzas) y actores externos. • Atender y gestionar las solicitudes operativas provenientes de clientes, asegurando su correcta derivación, seguimiento y cierre oportuno. • Participar activamente en la identificación de oportunidades de mejora en los flujos operativos con agentes, mandantes y bancos, documentando hallazgos y proponiendo ajustes. • Elaborar reportes de seguimiento operativo periódicos, manteniendo actualizada la documentación de los procesos bajo tu responsabilidad.

Job Requirements

  • Egresado/a de Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Auditoría o carreras afines.
  • Entre 0 y 2 años de experiencia en operaciones financieras, back-office bancario, conciliaciones o procesos de medios de pago. (Perfil junior con alta capacidad de atención al detalle).
  • Excel / Google Sheets intermedio: Para cuadraturas, conciliaciones y construcción de reportes operativos.
  • Comprensión de liquidaciones, compensaciones y recaudación con mandantes e instituciones financieras.
  • Manejo básico de sistemas operativos o ERP utilizados en back-office financiero y alta atención al detalle en validación de transacciones de alto volumen.
  • SQL básico para consultas de validación en bases de datos transaccionales (¡Tenpo provee entrenamiento!).
  • Conocimiento del ecosistema de medios de pago en Chile (Transbank, ACH Chile, CCA o similares).
  • Nociones de SWIFT, transferencias interbancarias o procesos de clearing.
  • Experiencia previa en empresas del ecosistema de pagos (Fintech, procesadoras, etc.).
