VIP Services Manager

• Provide exceptional personalized service to VIP guests, ensuring their unique needs and preferences are met throughout their cruise experience. • Oversee a team dedicated to delivering a high level of service, coordinating VIP activities and ensuring a seamless and memorable journey for these esteemed guests. • Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are anticipated and exceeded. • Coordinate personalized services, including dining reservations, special events, shore excursions, and onboard activities and services. • Manage and provide guidance to a team of VIP service personnel, including concierge and butler staff, and other dedicated team members. • Oversee their daily tasks, performance, and training, in order to maintain a high level of service excellence. • Manage the operation of VIP lounge areas and ensure the quality of service and the atmosphere are at the level expected. • Build and maintain positive relationships with VIP guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their cruise. • Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring that appropriate solutions are provided to maintain guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-years’ experience as VIP Services Manager or similar role, preferably in a luxury ship and/ or luxury hotel setting;
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is essential, with excellent verbal and written communication skills for guest interaction. Any additional languages is a plus;
  • Vast knowledge of Arabic culture, customs, and etiquette;
  • Experience in other cruise vessels of similar size (15000 GT/3400 pax) is a plus;
  • Proven leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate, develop and ensure service excellence within a team;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs and preferences;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with VIP guests and coordinate with various ship departments;
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy;
  • Passionate for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for VIP guests;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment, including weekends and holidays;
  • Familiarity with shipboard property management systems, reservation systems, and Microsoft Office applications is recommended;
  • Understanding of shipboard safety and security protocols and the ability to ensure compliance.

Role Description The Associate Network Service Manager plays a critical leadership role, overseeing the operational delivery within our Associate Network with commercial, contractual, and clinical expectations. Reporting to the Head of Assessment Services, this role ensures that our team of Network Associates are both operationally and clinically compliant, ensuring capacity aligns with demand, waitlists are actively managed, and service structures are fit for purpose. This role requires a strategic, commercially-minded leader who can balance business priorities with the need for high-quality clinical care. Key Responsibilities - Lead the delivery of Associate Network services, ensuring smooth, efficient, and reliable day-to-day functioning. - Continuously improve and optimise Associate onboarding and the Associate nurture journey. - Work alongside the Head of Assessment Services and the Chief Operations Officer to assess capacity needs. - Own day-to-day operations of the Associate team across all service lines (ASD, ADHD, ITS etc.). - Work force planning of the team's availability to ensure appropriate capacity. - Oversee performance against internal and external SOPs and SLAs, escalating risks promptly. - Ensure Company communications are shared with the Associate Network. - Analyse data trends to identify gaps, risks, and optimisation opportunities. - Support the AN Clinical Leads with complex clinical matters. Data, Insight & Performance Management - Translate data insights into actionable recommendations. - Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders. Strategic & Commercial Alignment - Work closely with Client Operations and Head of Assessment Services to forecast and implement service delivery changes. - Be the subject matter expert on competitors networks. - Challenge business needs and constraints as necessary. - Utilise assessment outcome data to inform service development. Collaboration & Escalation - Act as the escalation point for operational issues. - Work in close partnership with Associate Clinical Leads. - Build strong working relationships with Governance, Risk & Safeguarding, Clinical Leads, People, and L&D teams. Team Management & Structure Planning - Communicate in an articulate, clear, concise and appropriate way. - Support onboarding of new team members. - Line management responsibility of the Associate Clinical Leads. - Guide team members to align to the Company’s collective direction. - Ensure governance and safeguarding needs are supported.
