Business Development Representative
Revive
• Generate high-value, revenue-impacting business opportunities for the sales team through outbound prospecting and relationship development • Identify and engage homeowners and real estate agents aligned with Revive’s ideal customer profile • Attend industry events, networking functions, and field activations to build brand awareness and generate new business relationships • Conduct structured outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person conversations to create meaningful engagement • Nurture early-stage relationships and guide prospects toward qualified meetings with Property Advisors • Maintain disciplined follow-up processes to ensure no opportunity is lost • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging, targeting, and conversion strategy • Track and manage pipeline activity with precision in HubSpot CRM • Continuously refine prospecting scripts, objection handling, and outreach strategy to improve performance • Own activity metrics and performance targets tied directly to business growth
Job Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or high-contact roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using HubSpot CRM or a similar CRM platform
- Comfortable working toward structured activity and performance metrics
- Ability to attend industry events and represent Revive professionally
- Real estate experience preferred but not required
