Role Description As a Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will work 100% remotely; residency in Poland or Italy is essential for this role. You will be fully responsible for building and establishing our company in your target market (Poland or Italy). With your in-depth Amazon expertise, you will drive tomorrow’s advertising strategy with our local customers, act as a strategic advisor, and ensure the internal implementation of strategies as well as maximum customer satisfaction. - Client acquisition: Identifying and approaching potential new clients in the e-commerce sector, particularly brands and sellers on marketplaces such as Amazon, in Poland or Italy. - Relationship management: Building and maintaining long-term client relationships on an equal footing to maximise client satisfaction and realise revenue potential within the Amazon ecosystem. - Strategic consulting: Conducting needs analyses and presenting our services to develop bespoke Amazon and marketplace solutions for our clients. - Strategy development: Contributing to the development of sales strategies to increase our market share and tap into new business opportunities in the rapidly growing e-commerce sector. - Market analysis: Monitoring market trends on local Amazon marketplaces and conducting competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities and adapt our sales strategy in target markets. Qualifications - Sales expertise & e-commerce know-how: A proven track record in acquiring new clients and relationship management, ideally in the field of Amazon Advertising, agency services or marketplace consulting. - Strong communication skills: Native-level proficiency in Polish or Italian, as well as excellent spoken and written English, to provide expert advice to both local clients and internal teams. - Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyse market and performance data (e.g. Amazon KPIs) and make data-driven decisions for your clients. - Self-motivation: High levels of self-motivation and the ability to deliver results independently, even in a dynamic, remote-based e-commerce environment. - Team player: Close collaboration with our operational Amazon specialists and other departments to optimally meet client needs. • Competitor & Margin Research: You will dig deep into local competitor pricing, shipping offers, and margins, then hand over your data and recommendations directly to our pricing team. • Site-Search & Merchandising: You will look at what locals are actually searching for and optimize our Shopify collections and Doofinder settings to push our high-margin products. • Funnel & Checkout Optimisation: You will analyze exactly where local shoppers are dropping off in the funnel and share your insights with the dev team so they can implement the necessary changes. • Frontend & UX Tweaks: You will collaborate with other team members to update Shopify banners, landing pages, and local review widgets to ensure they match regional holidays and trust standards. • Local Partnerships & Influencer Scouting: You will keep an eye out for barter deals with local companies and actively search for micro-influencers to drive local awareness. • Localization & Copy Updates: You will use Helium 10 to find local keyword and translation gaps, and then head right into the Shopify apps to update the product pages yourself.
