Role Description In this role, you will help create positive customer experiences for Dutch-speaking audiences while contributing to a service environment that values clarity, responsiveness, and empathy. You will play an important part in representing service quality in day-to-day customer interactions and in helping ensure issues are resolved efficiently through close coordination with internal teams.
