Lead Consumer Products Designer – DTR
Mattel, Inc.
• Lead the design process for DTR accounts across EMEA • Deliver innovative and trend-led design solutions • Partner with regional commercial team to pitch to prospective partners across EMEA • Research and analyze current fashion, social, and consumer trends • Create inspiration mood boards and pitches • Create new style guide directions & toolkits • Manage product development and approvals process • Collaborate closely with partners and cross-functional teams
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in licensing
- Strong exposure to Softlines, particularly fast fashion and ladieswear
- Knowledge of home wear and hardlines & accessories
- Solid graphic and product design experience
- Experience working with brand style guides and assets
- Degree in Graphic/ Product Design or Art related disciplines
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
