• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain EDI applications on IBM i (AS/400 / iSeries) platforms • Develop and optimize solutions using RPG, ILE RPG, CL, IFS and SQL • Perform system-level and structured programming following best practices for performance, stability, and maintainability • Integrate and maintain existing and new customers within the ISIS ERP system • Implement and support 3PL Distribution Center (DC) warehouse integrations • Ensure seamless EDI process integration across customers, partners, and logistics providers • Attend daily EDI project status meetings with project leadership to communicate priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies • Analyze requirements, create technical concepts, and translate business needs into robust technical solutions – search the collaboration with Intl. • Define and execute MDS’s long-term digital strategy, ensuring alignment with Mattel’s corporate priorities. • Serve as a key liaison to senior leadership, providing insights on digital strategy, growth opportunities, and investment priorities. • Conduct competitive intelligence, market trend analysis, and scenario planning to inform MDS’s strategic roadmap. • Work closely with the Strategic Planning team to identify new growth areas, emerging business models, and expansion opportunities. • Create and refine a multi-year MDS strategy aligned with corporate priorities. • Develop comprehensive business cases for investment, partnerships, and acquisitions across both brands and audiences. • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Product teams to structure scalable and financially viable business models.

• Support the end-to-end development of new toys and products, collaborating closely with design, engineering, and quality teams. • Develop, design and translate product concepts to defined products/toys, including project management and resolving technical issues. • Effectively partner with upfront development teams to launch new or resourced products in OEM plants. • Leading the vendors and OEMs on the processes and product development. • Involve in debug, pilot & trouble shooting to assure products produced are meeting quality, cost & schedule. • Identify value improvement and cost saving opportunities.

• Execute Mattel Grocery sales and activation strategy in Romania • Work directly with key retail partners to drive sales-in and sales-out • Enhance proposition for the channel and improve consumer shopping experience across the brand portfolio • Develop and analyze of consumption models to monitor Sell Out performance • Develop commercial activities tailored to customer needs • Create relevant Retail listings and activation plan for the customers • Lead forecasting process for Grocery • Monitor payment discipline of the customers • Constantly look for new business opportunities for Mattel • Position Mattel as a thought-leader and strategic growth partner with key retail partners • Keep abreast of industry trends to drive sales performance
