Seasonal Designer

Minted

• Incorporate customer requests, text, and photos into designs • Create polished and professional print-ready proofs with typographic legibility and consistency • Proofread the customer-entered text • Ensure the photo quality of customer-supplied photos • Recolor and edit images based on customer requests • Review the work of fellow designers to ensure the quality of design and accuracy of edits before sending a digital proof to the customer • Collaborate with customers through written communication to modify and finalize designs • Assist with design-related questions from internal teams • Resolve escalated customer orders with design-related issues • Work directly with customers via email or screen-share as needed • Uphold service-level standards by meeting quality, productivity, and response-time expectations

Job Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Freelance design work and client interaction experience
  • Fine art skills (watercolor painting, illustration, calligraphy, hand-lettering)
  • Service and customer expectation management skills
  • Experience executing the principles of typography and print design
  • Proficient knowledge of wedding etiquette
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication
  • A Bachelor's degree

This person is the creative force behind some of the most memorable underwear, socks, and apparel on the internet — and they bring equal parts taste, humor, and hustle to every project. On any given week, you might be: - Concepting a Wienerschnitzel collaboration - Brainstorming x-rated print ideas - Developing kitschy gift-worthy sock collections - Pitching a limited edition collab This is a true player-coach position. You'll be designing alongside your team while also leading them — setting the creative direction, managing timelines, giving feedback, and making sure the work stays sharp from concept through production. You bring the vision, you build the culture, and you're not above rolling up your sleeves to get it done.
