• Build and evolve the anticipation and credit experience for partners, measuring impact through product metrics (CRT, NPS, adoption) • Integrate Artificial Intelligence agents into the partner's financial ecosystem (ChatBank, Credit), raising the design standard with an AI-first approach • Lead strategic topics alongside leadership, supporting decisions with user data and research • Work closely with Product, Business, Data, and Engineering on prioritization and on shaping the product vision • Balance discovery and delivery efforts, focusing on technical excellence and design • Raise the team's design craft and technical bar, influencing product standards and decisions
Job Requirements
- AI-first mindset: familiarity with tools such as Claude (Code and Cowork), Figma Make, Lovable, etc.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, from discovery to delivery
- Systemic thinking to connect multiple products and journeys into a cohesive experience
- Autonomy and proactivity to lead AI initiatives
- Previous experience in fintech, credit, or financial products
- Experience designing applied AI experiences
- Ability to raise the technical level of the team and integrate AI experiences into product design
