Senior Technical Recruiter
Full Visibility LLC
• Own the full life cycle of recruiting: intake meetings, sourcing, candidate outreach, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. • Source and attract top technical cleared talent. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (Zoho Recruit). • Build trusting rapport with hiring managers and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Support funded and proposal-based hiring for critical federal programs. • Build rapport with candidates and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for cleared technical roles (Secret, TS, TS/SCI)
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Zoho preferred)
- Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, and pipeline development skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- U.S. Citizenship required
