Job Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth startups
- Proven track record sourcing and closing top engineering and product talent
- Deep expertise in technical sourcing, market segmentation, ATS workflows, and recruiting analytics
- Practical, high-speed recruiting approach with strong ownership
- Experience building recruiting functions, processes, and candidate experience systems
