• Deliver performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, etc. in order to meet or exceed on those objectives • Create pre-call plan using SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluation in order to continuously improve performance • Effectively handle objections, misunderstandings, concerns and consistently gain logical and reasonable calls to action in order to close on every call • Proactively and continuously aspire to serve customer needs, customer expectations and challenges in order to build trusted customer relationships and to achieve win-win agreements between AbbVie and customers • Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers in order to maximize access and opportunities • Continuously build understanding on customer needs and expectations, territory market landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, disease, product, clinical and expertise and share this market intelligence information with in-field team, brand team and manager to achieve alignment, to anticipate environmental changes and challenges and to optimize brand strategy and its execution • Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers assigned and identify, develop and maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates in order to maximize brand performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical studies
  • Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)
  • 4–6 years of relevant sales experience in a specialty therapy area, preferably within a multinational pharmaceutical company
  • Proven practical knowledge and understanding of HCPs and disease area requirements
  • Good understanding of the market challenges and opportunities
  • Great sense of ethics and integrity
  • Curiosity and ability to learn and improve
  • Saudi national

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related field required. - 5+ years of business development experience. Experience in a multi-unit food manufacturing environment, supply chain optimization, or contract manufacturing preferred. - Proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Co-Pilot. - Demonstrated ability to influence across all levels in the organization. - Track record of having built outstanding and effective relationships with cross-functional teams and customers. - Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple work streams meeting reporting deadlines. - Strong experience in large strategic account management and project management. - Understanding of the P&L and financial acumen. - Organized and detail-oriented; ability to work in situations with changing priorities and multiple simultaneous assignments. - Strong verbal and written communication; experience developing and presenting analyses to management and customers with the ability to lead and drive initiatives. - Ability to work autonomously, to meet tight deadlines, and to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Requirements - The pay range for this full-time, salaried position is $97,210-$133,663/year. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. - The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance. - We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
