It’s a role where your curiosity will fuel both your personal growth and the success of the team. What You’ll Do: - Provide single point-of-contact for Partner/Client management. They facilitate efficient and effective communication (both written and verbal) and ensure partner needs are communicated internally and addressed appropriately. - Develop, manage, revise and finalize initial project proposals in partnership with other functional representatives. On projects executing against a SOW, the AM will ensure Change Orders are drafted to account for additional work or changes in scope. - Manage project initiation and support projects from Grant Funders and commercial clients. - Enable and support information and data exchange between Just and its partners and implement and manage any governance models called for in the agreement and per the specific situation. An AM will rely on input from Sr. members of the AM group when needed. - Provide meeting management support for client meetings, including meeting planning, scheduling, facilitation, and documentation. - Assist in the establishment of company best practices and tools Who You Are: - Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or related field - Minimum 4 years of previous Alliance management or Program management experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry. - Excellent organizational, relationship and communication skills - Motivation to be part of a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team - Pro-active, team player with experience working on multiple projects with tight deadlines - Experience with MS Office tools, MS Project, Smartsheet Additional Preferred Qualifications: - Alliance management/Project management experience working for a CDMO - Experience with Proposal writing at a CDMO - Drug development knowledge with strong understanding of research, preclinical, clinical, manufacturing, commercial and regulatory areas - Independent, motivated, team member with experience in a matrix environment. The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $110,000 to $143,000; Base salary offered may vary depending on individual’s skills, experience and competitive market value.
