Scientific Affairs Analyst
Rochester Regional Health
• Review study protocols and investigate testing requirements to assist in facilitating timely response for proposals • Coordinate testing methods with ACM R&D, ACM Laboratory, and referral laboratory partners • Act as a link between laboratory and departments (sales, proposals, project management) • Investigate testing requirements within a clinical trial protocol • Review and prepare pricing documents • Maintain relationships between ACM and referral laboratories • Provide scientific/technical information for client RFP's and RFI's • Provide feedback on analytical trends or issues to support business needs • Coordinate testing methods with referral labs • Document referred testing information during the trial course • Implement corrective actions as needed • Channel information to/from Laboratory Operations and Sales • Alert leadership to issues during study cycle • Suggest improvements for work methods, efficiency, and problem-solving • Follow company policies and respect patient confidentiality • Liaison with internal and external partners and participate in client teleconferences • Assist with training of new team members • Provide consultation to clinical trials operations and external clients • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years as a clinical laboratory scientist
- 2 years relevant laboratory experience
- 1 years clinical trials experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- MT (ASCP) Certification - Preferred

Role Description This position will be part of the GIS team who maintains and supports Uniti’s fiber and copper network. In this role you will be using Esri-based applications to help solve geospatial problems and provide visualization that drives better decision-making. You will also be responsible for assisting with the development and support of these applications for internal users. This position can be filled remotely anywhere within the country.
